Kelway Acquires Elcom ITG to Become £100 Million Business

11th June 2007: Kelway, the UK’s fastest growing IT reseller and CRN’s Reseller of the Year, has acquired the assets of Elcom ITG, the IT infrastructure and services group. The acquisition, in line with Kelway’s ambitious growth plans, will see a projected combined group turnover of over £100 million and more than 160 full time staff at seven UK locations. Elcom ITG will continue as an independent brand within the Kelway group.
